The words you speak to yourself (silently or through speech), the things you think and say, or the way you say what you say and how you feel about yourself in the process, define your aura. And because you spend the most time with yourself, how you relate to the self, matters the most.
If you share a positive and healthy relationship with the self, rest assured, people will feel good in your presence. They will be drawn to you and they will be fond of you.
On the contrary, if you remain unsure of the self, if you say things that express self-doubt or self-pity or even self-deprecation, then your aura will be darker and people could resist you.
Also, if you are over confident, you think there’s no one better than you, or that you are always right and that you know everything while others don’t, your aura will be weighed down by an overblown ego.
Since you spend most time with yourself and on yourself, it’s important to have a balanced view of the self. It’s important to take care of how you treat the self and refer to the self. For while you may think it doesn’t matter, in reality - each thought and word of yours, adds to your energy field and makes others feel what they feel about you.
And remember, people see you the way they feel about you. It’s not the other way round. Sometimes, we haven’t even met a person or simply interacted online with them and we don’t feel right about them. It happens because when we think of them, their energy reaches us.
Therefore, what is important is that we do everything to build a healthy relationship with the self.
