Understand the finite nature of life. Don’t give in to the temporary pull of the mind that tells you to invest in anxiety, stress or worry. It is pointless, worthless, useless. And regardless of your circumstances, the more you live each moment finding joy or greater value in everything, you will create your own heaven. For heaven is created right here by you, inside you and it is this heaven that keeps you company when you leave this world of forms.

This world is an illusion. Everything here is impermanent and only a part of the human experience in a soul’s long and eternal journey. Though this experience is important for attaining soul growth and maturity, it is necessary to respond to it intelligently and not impulsively or emotionally. An intelligent response to our human experience means we watch things as they unfold, be an observer to our life story and try and see good in everything. It means, understanding everything external as temporary; and all that’s within, as permanent. An intelligent response to our human experience means, taking utmost care and not allowing the temporary negative experiences to bring us down and destroy us within.
